The role of the Case Manager is to enable clients to have an improved quality of life and to maximise their potential. This is achieved through the following interventions:
- Producing comprehensive immediate needs assessments
- Recruiting and co-ordinating skilled and effective therapists to maximise our client's potential
- Recruiting and managing bespoke care and support staff to meet client's needs
- Identifying potential risks and introducing strategies to minimise them
- Advocating for our clients and providing support to families
